Dr. Alexander Leung

Dr. Alex Leung is a Clinical Endocrinologist and an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Calgary. His clinical work is based out of the regional Endocrine Hypertension Clinic in Calgary and his primary interest is in resistant hypertension. He co-chairs the Research and Evaluation Committee for Hypertension Canada. He was a recipient of the Hypertension Canada New Investigator Award and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada’s National New Investigator Award, and is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
