No refund is given for membership fees.

Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing to [email protected] by the original registrant at least six weeks before the event.

All refunds are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.

If a refund is requested up to six weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the $50.00 administrative fee) will be refunded.

If a refund is requested between four to six weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee (less the $50.00 administrative fee) will be refunded.

No refund will be given if cancelled within four weeks before the event.
