The Canadian Hypertension Congress (CHC) is Hypertension Canada’s flagship annual meeting and the country’s only national conference dedicated exclusively to the prevention, diagnosis and management of high blood pressure. Convening leading clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals from across Canada, Congress is a forum for advancing scientific evidence, sharing clinical practice insights and strengthening the impact of our unique community – and we are delighted to invite you to be part of its success.

The program features the latest developments in hypertension research alongside oral abstract and poster talks designed to highlight new therapies and tools for patient care, address knowledge gaps head-on, and inspire innovation to drive improved health outcomes.

A distinctive feature of Congress is the Early Career Researcher Forum (ECRF). Since its launch in 2017, the ECRF has provided trainees and early career investigators with a venue to share emerging research and explore hypertension-focused career opportunities. The ECRF fosters mentorship, collaboration, and professional development among trainees, building the next generation of leaders in hypertension research and care.
