TRAIN THE TRAINER
Hypertension Management – CHEP 2010 Recommendations and the latest Hypertension Canada educational resources
September 26, 2010 – 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Location: Pan Pacific Hotel, Vancouver
This session is chaired by Dr. Sheldon Tobe
It is anticipated that after the session participants will be able to apply the 2010 Canadian Hypertension Education Program (CHEP) guidelines in their practice and use the Hypertension Canada resources to educate their colleagues and when counseling patients diagnosed with hypertension.
A presentation of the latest CHEP Recommendations and Hypertension Canada resources will be followed by a discussion of different case studies with participants and experts.
This course is accredited for 5 CME credits.
